"We are all worms. But I do believe I am a glow-worm."
I don't love that either. I normally don't mind, because I like myself, but I love/hate reading blogs of people who are so clever and funny and I wish I could be a little more of each!
So basically...don't agree, but don't disagree? LOL I think everyone feels that way when they think about it. I just try really hard NOT to think about it! I feel better that way :)
Steph, you ARE smart and people like you. Unrelated: we were on a walk last night and saw your mom and sister. They totally pulled over and got out of the car to talk and look at the baby. We always say we want to be part of the Nielson family somehow. You are all so nifty!
Today, I walked past a guy on his phone as he was saying, "Yea, he got arrested on his way to the job site. He's in jail. He's not coming."So really, you are smarter than some people. At least you made it to class today and didn't land yourself in jail.
It's the grad school. Blame Westy. Just take a quick walk through, oh say, the grocery store (oh, or anthro!) then you'll feel oh so smarter.Promise.
I'm annoyed when people are smarter than me. Of course as a technical writer I work mostly with engineers and computer science wizards and people with doctorates in math and physics, so I'm annoyed a LOT.
I think you are smarter than the average bear!
Lots of people are smarter than you. Lots more are not. Take comfort in that child.
Smarts ain't everything. ;-) My mother has an IQ of 165. I've always said she would have been better off being less bright and a lot happier.
